Raised Hand helps agencies, service businesses and freelancers find people who are publicly asking for what they sell. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information about you as a customer

  • Account details. Your name, email address and profile picture when you sign up, including through Google. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Workspace details. Your business name, website, the services you sell, the customers you want to reach, your block list, reply style and any notes you add.
  • Activity in the product. The leads you rate, the outcomes you record, exports and settings changes. We use this to run the service and to improve which leads we find for you.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Whop. We receive your plan, payment status and membership details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage analytics. We use DataFast to understand how people find and use the site: the pages you visit, the link or website that brought you (such as a campaign link), your browser and device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and actions such as starting checkout. When you are signed in, we also send DataFast your account ID, name and email, and the amounts you pay, so we can see which channels bring customers. We do not record your screen.
  • Survey answers. If you answer our welcome questions, we store your role and how you heard about us.

2. Information about the people we find (leads)

To find leads, our software reads publicly available information: public posts and comments on platforms such as X and LinkedIn, public web pages, and business websites. For each lead we may store the public post or comment, a link to it, the person's public profile, their business, and business contact details found on public pages or supplied by contact-data providers (currently Prospeo and Hunter).

We do not access private messages, private groups or accounts that require a login. We do not send messages to leads; our customers decide whether and how to contact them.

If you are someone who appears in Raised Hand and want your information removed or never surfaced again, email support@raisedhand.ai. We will delete it and add you to a suppression list so the agent does not find you again.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the service: finding, qualifying and delivering leads, suggesting replies, and running your account.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and honour our money-back guarantee.
  • To improve lead quality using your ratings and outcomes.
  • To contact you about your account, and, if you agree, about product updates.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace data to find leads for other customers.

4. Service providers we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run Raised Hand: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database and backend), Railway (hosting), Whop (payments), DataFast (analytics), Anthropic (AI that reads posts and drafts replies), Apify (collecting public posts), and Prospeo and Hunter (business contact lookup and email verification). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

5. How long we keep information

  • Account and workspace data: while your account is open, and deleted on request.
  • Lead evidence (posts and quotes): marked as expired 90 days after it was published or collected.
  • Lead contact details: removed after 365 days unless refreshed.
  • Payment records: as long as required for tax and accounting.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies from DataFast that recognise a returning visitor and their current visit. We do not use advertising cookies on the product.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it, by emailing support@raisedhand.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with established cloud providers, and access is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Children

Raised Hand is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let customers know by email or in the product.
